Dharma Teachings with Anam Thubten and Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche
Thoughts, emotions, and other mental states are occurring all the time. They are natural parts of our life and to be welcomed. When we lack the wisdom and means to work with them, they become the cause of internal bondage. The Buddhist tradition offers four ways to work with them, known as renunciation, transformation, embracing all as path, and direct recognition.
Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche and Anam Thubten will teach on this topic on Sunday, July 21 at 10:00 am. We hope you can join us. No registration necessary.
Anam Thubten grew up in Tibet and undertook Buddhist training at an early age. He is the founder and spiritual advisor of Dharmata Foundation, teaching widely in the US, Europe, and Asia. His many publications include “Embracing Each Moment” and “No Self, No Problem.” For more information: dharmata.org
