A Daylong Meditation Retreat to Prepare Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually for 2020
Join us to prepare for 2020 with a special New Year Daylong Meditation Retreat on Sunday, December 29th from 10am – 4pm in Petaluma, CA.
In this daylong retreat, local meditation master and author of Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness, Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche, will provide teachings and guided meditations to help us bring 2019 to a close and prepare to meet all the experiences, challenges, and opportunities of the coming year from the perspective of a practical meditation practice. Join us for a wonderful opportunity to deepen your meditation and prepare for a mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fulfilling 2020 within a supportive community.
This event will be held at our private retreat center in Petaluma, CA.
Please bring your lunch as there will not be time to leave during the lunch break. There will be plenty of refrigerator space and a microwave available for your use. We also recommend bringing a bottle or thermos of water if you wish.
Beginners are welcome.
If you wish to pay by cash or check at the door, simply select “Personal Check” as your payment option.
There will be folding chairs and some cushions available. If you have your own cushion, or if you wish to have a pad, pillow, or blanket to place on top of your chair, please bring it.
