How to Have a Pristine Mind in Challenging Times

We are pleased to announce that this Saturday, April 4th from 1:00pm – 2:15pm Pacific Time, Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will be offering a Free Live Stream Session on How to Have a Pristine Mind in Challenging Times.

When we encounter difficult circumstances and challenging times, we all need techniques and skills to deal with them. At times like these, it is more important than ever to know how to work with our minds to be able to experience greater comfort and ease—even if the conditions are not comfortable.

During this free live stream, Orgyen Chowang Rinpoche will draw on the teachings and meditation techniques of the Dzogchen tradition and in his book Our Pristine Mind: A Practical Guide to Unconditional Happiness to explore ways to maintain a connection with our naturally comfortable and pristine state of mind even in challenging times. How do we relieve turbulence of mind, negative emotions, fear and anxiety? How do we navigate difficult circumstances? Rinpoche will describe the ways that accessing our Pristine Mind through meditation can help us during whatever challenging situations we may face now or in the future.

This session will include guided meditation and an opportunity for questions and answers.

Please note: There is a limit to the number of people who can watch the live streams as they air, so we suggest logging on early.
